Vaultly is operated by CONSOLVRA in Australia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Vaultly, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, and password hash.
- Identity verification — government-issued ID and selfie processed by our KYC provider (Stripe Identity). Vaultly does not store your ID document.
- Payment information — card and bank details are collected directly by Stripe. Vaultly stores only tokenised references, never full card numbers.
- Transaction data — deposit amounts, counterparties, item descriptions, timestamps, and dispute evidence you upload.
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed, used to secure the service and detect fraud.
How we use it
- Operate deposit requests, held-deposit management, releases and refunds.
- Verify identity and comply with AML/CTF obligations.
- Detect and prevent fraud, scams, and account abuse.
- Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, status updates, dispute notices).
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments, identity, Connect payouts), our cloud hosting provider (hosting, database), and email delivery providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information to law enforcement where required by Australian law.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@vaultlyapp.com.au. We retain transaction records for the period required by Australian financial and taxation law.
